For more than two decades, I've built my career around one simple belief: successful projects begin with the right people, the right processes and a well-planned mobilisation.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation programs across facilities management, mining, infrastructure and major project environments. From contract award through to operational readiness, I've worked alongside clients to build compliant, capable workforces that are ready to perform from day one.

Over the years, I've learnt that every mobilisation is different. Every client has unique operational requirements, timeframes and challenges. While many organisations know where they want to get to, they don't always know everything that needs to happen to get there.

I founded Parker Workforce Mobilisation Partners to provide organisations with a practical, hands-on approach to workforce mobilisation. My role isn't simply to recruit people—it's to partner with clients, understand their business, identify potential risks early, and develop mobilisation strategies that create confidence and set projects up for success.

I believe the most successful mobilisations are built on collaboration, communication and trust. Taking the time to ask the right questions, understand operational needs and plan every stage of the workforce journey helps ensure compliance, minimise risk and deliver a seamless transition into operations.
